Journaling and Mindfulness Workshop
Our new Journaling and Mindfulness workshop is for those who are interested in being part of a positive, friendly and safe group. Journaling generally involves the practice of keeping a diary or journal that explores thoughts and feelings surrounding events in your life. When you journal, you are naturally evoking mindfulness which helps you to remain present whilst keeping perspective. Now more than ever we are faced with uncertainty. This workshop is designed for those who enjoy social gatherings with like-minded people and who want to gain a greater sense of confidence, self-identity and self-reflection.

Each month will focus on a different topic and Charlotte will gift you with your very own journal and affirmation jar on your first workshop, as well as Cacao Balls as a little treat for you. A mindfulness meditation will also be included in each workshop so bring a yoga mat, cushion and blanket!

Please meet us at The Spire Hill Therapy Centre on the first Monday of every month starting from 7th June. 6.30pm – 8pm. £15 per person for the FIRST workshop and only £10 for any following workshops (pre-paid to reserve your booking)
