𝑇ℎ𝑒𝑠𝑒 𝑠𝑒𝑠𝑠𝑖𝑜𝑛𝑠 𝑤𝑖𝑙𝑙 𝑓𝑜𝑐𝑢𝑠 𝑜𝑛 ℎ𝑜𝑤 𝑤𝑒 𝑐𝑎𝑛 𝑒𝑛𝑗𝑜𝑦 𝑙𝑖𝑣𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑎 𝑚𝑜𝑟𝑒 𝑚𝑒𝑎𝑛𝑖𝑛𝑔𝑓𝑢𝑙, ‘𝑠𝑙𝑜𝑤-𝑝𝑎𝑐𝑒𝑑’ 𝑤𝑎𝑦 𝑜𝑓 𝑙𝑖𝑓𝑒 to 𝑟𝑒𝑐𝑜𝑛𝑛𝑒𝑐𝑡 𝑤𝑖𝑡ℎ 𝑜𝑢𝑟𝑠𝑒𝑙𝑣𝑒𝑠 𝑏𝑦 𝑢𝑠𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑠𝑒𝑙𝑓-𝑐𝑎𝑟𝑒 & 𝑚𝑖𝑛𝑑𝑓𝑢𝑙𝑛𝑒𝑠𝑠 𝑝𝑟𝑎𝑐𝑡𝑖𝑐𝑒𝑠 𝑡ℎ𝑎𝑡 𝑠𝑢𝑝𝑝𝑜𝑟𝑡 𝑜𝑢𝑟 ℎ𝑒𝑎𝑙𝑡ℎ & 𝑤𝑒𝑙𝑙-𝑏𝑒𝑖𝑛𝑔.

During my time as a massage therapist I have listened to many of my clients stories of frustration, boredom, grief, illness etc and there’s often common themes that come up time and time again - lack of time, rest, self-care and fun.

In my personal life, I enjoy discovering and trying new and alternative ways to look after myself - there’s only so many candles you can light, hot baths you can have and Enya you can listen to!

So I’ve decided to combine my commitment and passion of living life to the full with my professional training in Stress Management, Anxiety Awareness, Mindfulness and being a Mental Health First Aider (𝘔𝘏𝘍𝘈𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘳®) to start a Woman’s Support & Social Group where we can nurture ourselves and each other to explore new ideas, activities and events. Every in-venue session will end with a guided mediation. (The Shakti Mat provided is advisable but optional!)
